woke up this morning and felt way sick. but i hate missing practice esspecialy work out days cause i feel so behind so i got myself up and afterwarm up i felt better, still coughing but could breath well. the work out was good! 30 seconds were good and fast with jp. 800's i focused on keeping up with coach, it got harder by the third one. and the 1000's were feeling great keeping the strong pace with jp. a little bit of pain in my shin area at the beginingof cool down but felt good when i got back and stretched.........7 miles
3 miles in the afternoon!
