50% easy and fun run. we were told to make it fun! Feeling tons better than yesterday but not all the way better yet. the first chunk of the run i felt like i was dragging myself but i could breath. it was up hill too. but the i adjusted. then we got to the Sheep Tunnels! reminded me of neon spider run. WAY cool. it was a super long tunnel but there were holes in the cieling so there was some light. but the ceiling was so low- i thought i was gonna hit my head. i felt better in the tunnle cause it was cooler and i was having fun. but we stopped at the end so people could put thier shoes back on (i was the only dumb one that kept mine on through the water at the end) and when we started running again i had a side cramp. i finally got feeling good on the run and the overpass with about a mile and a half to go. so it was a success in making it fun and i hope to be feeling better tomorrow and for the race.
