pick ups today. those of us that aren't going to oregan did 9 while the others left to do their thing. but for me the pick ups were great. i stayed in the lead with layken and lizzy the whole time till the last one when i was on the outside and they all took off. but i still did the last one hard. then we went and finished mileage on a loop. the girls chatted a lot today it was fun. weights after were Really wierd today.( like trying to move a giant medicane ball around in the other person's arms while they tried to hug it and hold it still) Clayton said we looked like we were all trying to protect our pregnant tummies. it was super hard and fun. still took forever and a day but we didnt do as much. more stretching type things. |
